Conditions
The above mentioned prices, including VAT, are per apartment and per day for a minimal stay of 4 nights. In the case of a third person, a supplement of 20 Euro will be charged.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. Its cost is 1,40 Euro per person (aged 14 and over) and per day.
The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of a deposit payment.
In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will not be refunded (art 1385 cc).
In case of premature departure or delayed arrival the amount of the entire period booked will be charged.
The apartments are at your disposal from 12:00 am of the arrival day to 09:30 am of the departure day.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are not welcome, we kindly ask for your understanding.
